✦ Chapter 01 · The name
We built the dispensary we always wanted to shop in. Not a sterile showroom, not a numbered ticket line — a corner of the block where the person behind the counter knows your name, your strain, and asks about your mom. The name isn't branding. It's the whole business plan.
✦ Chapter 02 · Meet the owners
Their grandmother ran a botanica in the Bronx that was less a shop and more a front porch for the whole block. People came for products; they stayed for conversation, guidance, and connection. Juan and Alexis grew up behind that counter watching what a business can be when it belongs to its neighborhood.
That's the shop they set out to build on Magnolia Blvd — and the standard every hire, every product, and every price gets held to.
